How the studio handles the information you send us. In short: we collect only what you write in the contact form, we use it only to reply to you, and we share it with no one.

The studio is the data controller for any personal information sent through this website. Questions about this policy, or about the information we hold, can be sent to krylovboris@ukr.net.
Only what you choose to give us in the contact form: your name, your email address, and the text of your message. We do not collect analytics, we do not profile visitors, and we do not ask for anything the studio does not need in order to write back to you.
To answer commission enquiries and correspondence — nothing else. Your details are never used for marketing, mailing lists, or automated messages of any kind.
Your information is never sold, rented, or shared with third parties. It is read by Borys and Oles at the studio, and by no one else. The only exception is where disclosure is required by law.
Messages are kept for two years from the date they are sent, so that we can follow up on long-running commissions, and are deleted after that. You may ask us to delete yours sooner at any time.
You have the right to ask what information we hold about you, to have it corrected, and to have it erased. Write to krylovboris@ukr.net and we will respond within thirty days.
This site sets no tracking cookies and runs no advertising or analytics scripts. Nothing about your visit is recorded beyond the ordinary server logs kept by our hosting provider.
This policy is governed by Polish and Ukrainian data protection law and follows the requirements of the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). If you believe your data has been mishandled, you may complain to your national supervisory authority.
